- Control of the interior and exterior of your property.
- Airing of your property.
- Control of water meters, electricity and gas.
- Immediate report if any problem is detected during the visit.
- Guarding of your keys.
- Succession and tracking of your mail.
- Monthly report of our activities and observations.
PACKAGE 2
2 visits per month including:
- Package 1.
- Checking after extreme weather conditions.
- Administrative management of your property, domiciliation and payment of invoices.
Monthly or yearly contract.
Additional tasks: Rates "A la Carte".
