Cancellation
All confirmed reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. This is why Logi Service provides you with a cancellation insurance at the rate of 35€ (please find the conditions above in the "insurance" section).
Internal rules
Tenants collect the keys from 4pm on the day of arrival and must return the keys before 10am on the day of departure. A deposit will be requested at the handing over of the keys (check or credit card). It is forbidden to smoke in the rentals. Consumables are not included in the rentals (shower gel, dishwashing product, salt, pepper...). The rules of Port Grimaud prohibit, among other things, barbecues and noise pollution.
