Your personal data shall be kept for the duration of the execution of this mandate, plus the applicable statutory limitation periods.

They are intended for transactions or rentalsFor the purpose of the present, your data may, if necessary, be transmitted, in particular:-to the notary(s);
-to the diagnostic(s) responsible for the mandatory diagnostics;
-to the website(s) of online announcements in case of geolocation;
-to the receiver of the co-ownership for the issue of documents and information pursuant to article L721-2 of the CCH;
-electronic signature and electronic registered letter providers;
-to the real estate agent(s) in the event of delegation of mandate;
-our insurer RCP, the bailiff and the lawyer in case of proceedings.It is specified that in the course of the performance of their services, the third parties listedbefore have only limited access to the data and have the obligation to use them in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
