- Purchase of supplies, furniture, appliances, etc.
- Fitting out, moving.

- Relational monitoring with administrations & correspondence.
- Translation service.
- Collect, sort and track mail.
- Follow-up and payment of your invoices.
- Sending photos of your property.
- Booking your train or plane tickets.
LEASE / TRANSACTION
- Take advantage of our seasonal rental or real estate transaction service.
YOUR STAY
- Prepare the house before your arrival: start-up of the water heater, heating/air conditioning, aerate the property, do some shopping, install the garden furniture, cleaning, etc.
- Make the beds and prepare the linens.
- Proposal and organization of your tourist, sports or other activities.
- Close the house after you leave: clean, turn off electricity, heat, water, storage, meter reading, …
- Contact with a Chef and service.
